WHO WE ARE

Res is a Latin term with a number of meanings, including asset and business. It is also the acronym of our company, Real Estate Strategist, as our vision for the future is firmly based on the foundation of our past. Our concept of the piazza as a central place for meeting and socialising also comes from the past, but we have made it our own. In fact, the challenge we face is that of recreating this centrality in new spaces, where retail activities are interconnected with the day-to-day needs of socialising.   • RESEARCH SERVICES

    Our feasibility studies include catchment area, sales potential and customer profile analyses using focus groups and competition analysis. We also define the merchandising plan and strategic positioning, design the web site and study the traffic flow and road network.

  • PROPERTY MANAGMENT SERVICE

    Our property management service offers pre-opening and pre-relaunch consultation. We prepare tenders and design the launch and management structure. We also manage renting and consortium and condominium business, optimise costs and investments, monitor investments, analyse turnover, assess existing management, implement new management teams and monitor and report on turnover and customer presence.

  • COMMERCIALISATION SERVICE

    We define the retail concept and merchandise mix according to your requirements. We select the retail operators, negotiate on behalf of the owners, rent the venues, provide legal assistance for contracts and regulations and draft budgets and reports.

OUR PROJECTS

The ideas proposed by RES are currently being put into practise in three major projects. You can find out more about them in our brochures.

The construction of a new Retail Park measuring a GLA of 25,000 m² will soon begin next to the Auchan Shopping Centre and Leroy Merlin complex.

A new shopping park with a cinema, food court and 25,000 m² of GLA is coming soon in the province of Brindisi, next to the SS Brindisi-Taranto highway.

The largest shopping centre in Friuli Venezia Giulia is currently being extended with the addition of a large Play Park, a Conforama store and a Food Village including markets and a range of fine food and wine.

A benchmark for consumers from the whole region, it will undergo a gradual extension project within 2020 that will make I Portali a unique piazza, in a land that’s rich in tradition.
