Res is a Latin term with a number of meanings, including asset and business. It is also the acronym of our company, Real Estate Strategist, as our vision for the future is firmly based on the foundation of our past. Our concept of the piazza as a central place for meeting and socialising also comes from the past, but we have made it our own. In fact, the challenge we face is that of recreating this centrality in new spaces, where retail activities are interconnected with the day-to-day needs of socialising.
